Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Enterprise mail server. Runs on Linux and Windows Very stable Very easy to manage Many security features Very good GUI None that I can think of crap software that works when it feels like it, suer name and password saved on machine and now it doesn't work what would you call that. Rubbish, trash, useless, unusable, waste of money. Kerio is fairly user-friendly; all the usual functionality you would expect in an email client are straight-forward and fairly easy to find. The shareable calendars are always appreciated, and the chat feature means we don't have to spring for another product. Cons Exponentially increasing of license costs every year. Vendor locking. Lockout of your own data after license expires. Overall bad support. Making a good product bad through license model. No support uses AI generator. Call center AI crashes your call. Bugged software. We experience some hit-or-miss bugs when we use the webmail version - the most persistent being that emails that have been opened still appear as Unread in my inbox.
