	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Their sales team promised a lot....And the software delivered very little. I do not recommend them at all. Leaving this company after losses in the tens of thousands. After all the research and programs we "tried" that were too much or too little, too complicated or not customizable, we finally found Lead Commerce which is totally customizable, detailed at any level a customer needs -- or does not need. Cons We just cancelled today. And they would NOT give us our money back for the worst month of performance ever. I definitely do NOT recommend this company. We have been using this service for over 3 years.... However... Over the past couple months we have nothing but technical glitches, broken promises from their company reps, and full on power outages where the software simply did not work. The software is slow, not user friendly.... and breaks down quite a bit. And what's worse, they would not give us a refund from the last month.... and we hardly used it at all since it was so glitchy. We now use Shopify fulfillment and it works great for a fraction of the cost. Definitely would never recommend nor use them ever again. The entire experience from start to finish. If you get Cody, run the other way. None.
