About
Kayba makes AI agents self-improve from experience. It learns from an agent’s execution traces to detect failures, fix them, and measure whether the fix actually worked. Instead of relying on generic evals that cannot explain why an agent failed, Kayba derives failure modes from the agent’s own traces and builds custom benchmarks for the user’s domain, so teams can measure improvement against real production failure patterns. Kayba wires tracing into an agent with one line of setup, watches it around the clock, and flags the moment a step stops being recorded. Even good tracing rots as teams ship changes, and steps can quietly stop being captured; Kayba checks the tracing users already have, shows exactly what is broken, points to the file that needs attention, and sends the gap to a coding agent through MCP. The coding agent patches the issue, and Kayba verifies that the trace is actually closed.

About
Scritch is an AI recovery agent for support and product teams at B2B software companies. Its SDK connects a failed action in an app to a recovery flow that examines the server response and relevant read-only evidence, explains the problem in plain language, and asks the user for information only they can provide. When a change is needed, Scritch requests approval and checks in code that the fix worked before telling the user they can continue. Teams can define the tools and repair steps available to the agent. For failures it cannot resolve, Scritch prepares an explanation and case trail for the support team and can hand the case to supported ticketing and messaging products. Common use cases include rejected invoices, failed imports or uploads, expired sessions, and account-access problems. The product is designed for technical blocks in B2B applications, not consumer social-media ban appeals or content moderation.
