The video interview feature is convenient, especially for high-volume hiring, and candidates can complete interviews at their own convenience. The platform also provides useful AI evaluation tools that help recruiters compare candidates and streamline the overall hiring process. Jobma has greatly simplified our virtual interview process. This has freed up time in our department and allows promising candidates to get in front of hiring managers faster. It was really simple to set up and start inviting people in for video interviews. We also got great feedback from our candidates about how easy it was for them to do the interview. It also integrated with Zapier really smoothly. What a fantastic platform. It helped us in streamlining the hiring process. We were able to hire candidates from different cities and it saved us a ton of time. Jobma is very easy to use, and you can create an account at a reasonable price. It accelerated the hiring process by providing a video interview facility. My team was struggling to complete our recruitment target due to the Covid-19 pandemic. After adding Jobma to our team, we are not only hiring quickly but also focusing on the quality of hires. We loved its user-friendly interface, cloud storage, one-way & live interviews, and ATS dashboard. Our recruitment process was never better as Jobma offers advanced technologies to help ease the entire process. We have received positive feedback from all our candidates as they found video interviews to be quite helpful. Jobma helped my hiring team in quickly switching to remote hiring. Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Response time is exceptional from my rep Michelle. I like the way I can create my own skill set tests. Ease of set up. Variety of Questions and Tests. Results FAST. Great way of evaluating potential employees. Easy, dependable, quick! compared to other electronic testing sites, this one is a breeze. i do really appreciate being able to edit some of the tests to be inclusive of Canadian terminology! eSkill is very easy to use, very customizable, fits what we were looking for and MORE! The price is great and really affordable for small businesses! We can now screen applicants for all the skills needed for filling positions as well as the values to fit into our company culture. Variety of tests are excellent. Cons None. Pricing is a bit on the high side for small business use. Not much to put here. the interface is a bit dated and there are a number of clicks to get through, but overall, no major cons. We're an electric vehicle manufacturer, so I wish there were more "electric automotive" or even basic automotive user-type questions. There weren't many questions we could choose from the more advanced automotive/mechanic type questions. When picking and choosing questions for a customized test, the screen times out too quickly for the amount of time it takes to read the questions and answers when you're trying to create a whole test at once.
