Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The belief that customers would use the software, and sign up to our store and sales would grow, promised the world. N/A. Easy to use, POS integration, retailer's seem to favor it above NuOrder and FashionGo, functions as a CRM, great for prospecting. Cons It delivered nothing, the belief above is a myth, not one sale even after 12 months, it delivered nothing except a drain on the bank account. Very expensive! one year and a whole load of $$$$$ down the drain! My profile was immaculate and i followed all the instructions given by the team. NOT ONE SALE! I understand it's not a platform to make connections, but it was what attracted me with the retail features. Do not bother! They have stores and contacts on there that went out of business decades ago! Even when you tell them they don't bother removing them. Wasted time and money. Have to go through your account representative to make changes to existing linesheets once they have been uploaded.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We use RepSpark most every day for a couple of our vendors. Very easy to use and shows ATS and ETA's as well The convenience of RepSpark is what I love most. To be able to place an order within minutes of speaking with my members and getting an immediate confirmation. Lots of different options for apparel and sporting good products. Good pricing and easy to use, haven't had any issues. Easy to use. Real time inventory. Delivery dates are accurate. Easy to track orders. Mainstream contact with vendors. Allows me to find quantities and add logos easily. Makes special orders a breeze for a small country club shop. Cons Would be nice to be able to save repeated dropship addresses. I have yet to find anything negative about this program. I have used RepSpark for over 2 years now and it has made my job so much easier and efficient. Sometimes product comes to us from the states, so takes a couple extra days to get in but nothing can't handle When items have low stock, they are removed from RepSpark. Many times, we can still get them through the rep. but whit that the special-order process takes double of the time delaying delivery. The updated version of an item might not have the same sku and, in this case, they don't appear under the item search resulting on the buyer reaching out to the rep. again. I haven’t found anything yet that I don’t like. I wish all of the companies I work with used RepSpark.
