User friendly, organised, easy to monitor, it provides daily reports according to my activities, helps in resource planning, good team support provided always I have been use this CRM application, past 2 years. It has many features which helped in managing business. I have been using this software application from past 9 months. It helped me in keeping track of reports, daily activities and manage my business with the great support from the INTELLISTANT. I like the experience with the INTELLISTANT, it is very organised and monitors my daily tasks, reports & many others. Mainly it is user friendly. Has all kinds of access which is necessary for a business organisation. Cons Wish they had more graphs and analytics, their mobile app could also use an update as it feels dated. small bug fix required, could make it better in the next version Nothing has specific. Would like to see more updates upcoming. Too many features are there that are not been used. Not good for small scale industries/firms because the provisions provided wouldn't be needed completely because this is a complete set of package which is required for daily purposes in a business which is suitable for large scale/ big firms
