InstaBid is a browser-based estimating and job-close platform for residential contractors and specialty trades. Contractors create editable, itemized estimates from project details entered through an online form, review material and labor costs, adjust their own prices and markup, and decide when to send a bid to a customer. The workflow continues from proposal and contract approval to deposit collection through Stripe and calendar scheduling. Other tools include signed change orders, customer follow-ups, subcontractor bid collection, and estimate PDFs that can be branded for the contractor. InstaBid is designed to bring estimating and customer-facing sales tasks into one workflow, helping small contractor businesses manage a job from its initial scope through an approved proposal and planned start date.
