Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Inspire has brought a noticeable improvement to how we manage performance and OKRs. One of the biggest changes for us is the way individual objectives now are been documented separately along with the company priorities & team OKRs. The dashboards and the strategy narrative give leaders a clear view of progress, while managers are better equipped to guide performance conversations with their teams. The integration with Jira has been particularly valuable, as it links day-to-day tasks with OKRs and ensures progress is reflected automatically without extra effort. I also find the 1:1 feedback capture very useful — it means that during appraisal discussions, we can look back at actual conversations and feedback instead of relying on memory. The goal-setting process itself feels easier and more structured, with SMART goals built into regular workflows rather than treated as an annual exercise. I also want to highlight the support team, and especially Soujanya, who has been extremely patient and thorough throughout setup. Having reliable guidance not just during rollout but even beyond made the transition & adoption much smoother for us. It is nice to have a tool that can organize our OKRs, the progress, owners, and actions. Before we were managing in Excel and in different formats. The Help feature is excellent. It has helped us stay more focused and intentional with our OKRs. * Excellent customer support. Nicole, Kyle, and Haley are responsive, easy to work with, and genuinely helpful. They take time to understand our questions and help us work through complex issues. * Customizable performance and recognition tools. We’ve been able to tailor the platform to fit our team’s needs, which has made it more effective. * They listen to feedback. We’ve seen product updates based on our input, which shows they’re committed to improving the user experience. * Auto-save is coming soon. This will be a helpful addition to the review process. Inspire is a platform that significantly contributes to individual, team, and organizational success. User friendly Helps to list out the objectives and key results in a systematic way. Provides learning course to get trained on the software and use it in a better way. Cons The initial learning curve is real, especially for teams not used to structured OKRs or Performance Management tool. Some advanced features still need admin support to set up properly. There is a bit of a learning curve, and it is not always intuitive. It would be helpful to have more ease to add links to additional information supporting the OKR. * Team goal setting is still a bit complicated. It takes some effort to manage and align goals across teams, but Inspire is actively working on making this easier. * Cascading goals is getting better. They’re adding functionality to help cascade goals more smoothly, which should improve usability. I wish the hard coded areas were more customizable. Sometimes the login page has issue and takes longer time to login into software.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros They have great features like onboarding, offboarding, HR chatbot, core HR features and an amazing engagement and performance section. Great platform with multiple uses and extremely user friendly. Performance management on point. Overall usability very useful. peopleHum is a very well built AI-enabled Human Capital Management Platform which enhances the employee experience as well as supports all your needs from an HR perspective. It's simple to use, robust, advanced AI-ML enabled analytics board gives you statistical representation all over the organization. The UI is very well presented and is absolutely hassle-free due to its pillar-like structuring which divides data and usage based on hiring, nurturing, engaging, managing employees. We've been using peopleHum for the past 1.8 years and have been liking it a lot. Competency mapping is a must-try feature that has helped us a lot. We are completely thrilled by the perfect balance between ai and automation it has digitized our whole people process. - Best Support - A lot of modules - easy to use UI - AI and ML integrated - Best Team - Very cost effective Cons Nothing to comment on yet. they have been friendly throughout. Payroll does not exist as of yet and few more features yet to be released. There aren't any significant drawbacks of the platform, it supports integration for payroll with any payroll provider which resolves an end-to-end HR use case We've seen a gradual growth of the platform right from using hire as the initial module to adopting each aspect it has been a smooth journey. However, we had a concern about the hierarchical representation of data across teams on the platform which was later fixed from the backend - Time sheets unavailable. - Shift management unavailable. - Higher click-through time.
