But besides all, their 24*7 support is what made me really happy. After the implementation of Infinite MLM software, my business became faster and easier to manage. Cons The requirements planning process in the beginning was way too light. Customer have to understand every feature throughout like the system test engineer in order to gain wanted functionality. A lot of misunderstandings could be avoided with better and more accurate planning. The software is already on live but there are still issues to be addressed. The most software problems are related to the open source ecommerce part that could be better with wider range of good quality extensions. One area for improvement in Infinite MLM Software could be better accommodating users across different time zones, ensuring smoother communication and support. Honestly, not so much to complain. Great product and fantastic team. The only thing that comes to my mind is lack of a manual for downloading to study all details and all features, Today they are solving my inquiries via a Zoom call and go through my questions step by step I would appreciate seeing some minor changes implemented in the design section. The dashboard could be much better and simple for beginners. It looks a few days for me to understand the working of the software.
