Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It helps a little bit with everything this successful software; it is necessary to save time in workflow with all those essential activities that are simple but very important. I use it to share documents, establish an order of projects and services production, create information analysis. It is very versatile, and that pleases me a lot, as it gives a very functional comfort to my way of working. I like this software because it is truly versatile; I have started advanced projects and subsequently ordered them. Igloo is synonymous with stability and understanding in areas of work with great fluidity; it is exceptionally comfortable and has been able to cover multiple organization processes and originality in the activities. It helps us encourage productivity and task management; we have completed many objectives and add a great effort to each of the management processes. Igloo is an application that provides very useful extensions of internal and external communication through blogs, social networks, calls, internal chats and content management for a complete collaborative communication. In addition, it is complemented by the attachment of audiovisual material for a better understanding of the message. Igloo leaves at our disposal all kinds of functions based on communication, with which we can create collaborative teams that are able to divide the work in different branches, such as mail management, directories, or sharing multimedia material through social networks with the highest traffic. Cons Igloo has to improve its support and configuration; it does not have a profitability process in each ticket I send; they are slow to locate my problems. No negative comments for Igloo; it is excellent; I like the way it works. Sincerely the software is successful because it has given a great result. Despite its many communication channels, this one lacks video and audio conferencing collaboration software among an organizational group. In addition, it does not offer internal contact management that establishes immediate and timely communication from our sales team to customers, even the primary ones. The only noticeable flaw within igloo is that since it does not contain features for creating online chat rooms, collaboration through conferencing is somewhat limited. Fortunately, there are tools based on direct messages to communicate. Igloo also lacks options to make internal calls.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The best option I liked is its file share option. It allows transferring of files between teams and clients. Its cloud storage provides a high grade of security for files/documents. The whole team can stay and manage files on Onehub. Allows customization in the sign-in page according to business. Save hard disk space by improving synchronization functions. Sufficient storage space for all types of documents. Feedback within the work team is attributed to excellent tools that provide collaboration capabilities. Back up to protect all important documents in all situations. This is very useful for backing up all my documents and storing all my information securely, as it allows us to exchange and transfer important documents. I like that it can be integrated with many tools and there will be OneHub where it is needed. It is integrated into the cloud with a large storage space, and this feature can be extensively managed by organizing all the work in folders. This is also the one-stop shop to ensure that every project is done collaboratively and every staff member can use it to produce videos and important documents. OneHub is a time-saving tool, it gives us secure file storage where any authorized staff can access or share the files. The interface makes it a very easy and hassle-free platform for storing files. Also very handy for remote employees. OneHub makes team collaboration possible with remote file sharing. Its user interface is super intuitive. I liked its file settings to auto authenticate user, who can access and others can't. It allows limitless file sharing. Sharing a large file with our remote employee was always a tough thing to do. But after having Onehub in our business we can send limitless files to any employees without compromising security and much effort. It offers great numbers of setting to ease access and file approval. Cons Till now I haven't found any downside when using Onehub. The quality of the previews is poor, and the idea of the previews is to view them without downloading them, but this is not the case. You need to download them to see better image quality. This can be a very high cost in relation to the operating cost of a small business. It needs better automation on scheduled data backup. Never faced any problems in sharing files. Go for it. None. No cons to share. It's my favorite tool for file sharing.
