	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Rewind Backups has been the guarantor that my information is always protected, making sure that I always have a copy and provides its backup when I need it. It has a simple interface, anyone can use the platform without problems, the entire work team in the company uses it to try to keep our security system always in backup and that no important data is lost, it is important for a company to always keep the information safe and secure, and Rewind is the one for this job. It provides very good tools, making backup copies is quite simple and it has a large database, it allows us to store it in the cloud to ensure that it will be in a safe space. It has an encryption system which gives us twice the confidence that our data will be safe and that in the case of having an infiltrator it will be difficult for them to access them. All the tools are within reach, it is a simple platform with a quite comfortable price, despite this, it represents a high utility. When we have a failure or loss of our data, we know that Rewind will always have the backup, with so few steps and in a fairly short time we can rewind all the information and have it back on our devices. It doesn't interfere at all in our workflow, it's not a heavy tool at all and it works lightly and efficiently in the background. It integrates perfectly with Trello where we maintain important daily work information and being able to have both platforms in alliance and integrated gives us the peace of mind that without a doubt, we will not have a problem with something being damaged, contaminated or failing, since Rewind always has our safe and secure information. Cons I don't find many negative points within the platform; it has really worked very well, and its usefulness has been significant. Customer service is somewhat slow; however, it is a friendly team that looks for ways to answer questions. It does not have a free version, its functionality is quite practical, and this would open the door to people who do not know that they can guarantee the security of their data, the free trial is useful only for a short time and it can give a glimpse of the platform. Rewind Backups does not offer more than it is, and it does not give less than what it offers, even though the rewinding of the data is done effectively, I would like it to be even faster to be able to obtain the data in real time and that the workflow never stops for small problems. It would be ideal to be able to have many more integration possibilities, so we could have the information from the different platforms with which we work and have the peace of mind that our work will be safe, protected and always backed up, that no matter what happens our information will always be safe. It is difficult to find negative points where there are none, we have been using Rewind for quite some time and without a doubt it has fulfilled exactly what it promises, with a basic and simple functionality, it perfectly manages the copies constantly trying not to leave anything out and the rewind it is always clean and comprehensive. Finding complaints about how well it works would be beyond all objectivity.
