Pros from Real Users Pros Good enough experience for the core product; does the job properly - so can't complain about any of that It is simple to track time or hours spent by employees when working using Hubstaff. Again, it is simple to generate payrolls or rather pay employees using accurate time tracking data. It a reliable tool for employees attendance and leave leave management. Hubstaff is really easy to use and user friendly software, definitely easy to navigate. I also love the productivity features, including the badges and the productivity percentages. I've used other software in the same niche and nonetheless other ones are not so stable and user friendly. It tracks every activity of the employee that happened on their computer. Helps to improve productivity in remote employees. Also, I can track the time spent on projects. Without admin permission, it can't be disabled. Lightweight and doesn't slow down the computer. Tracking capabilities, flexible price setting based on projects, very quick support response times, unlimited project viewers at no cost. I like the simplicity of Hubstaff's usage. I also like that it works both on PCs and Mac. Additionally, it gives good value for its price. And most of all, I like how the company is improving the product and adding more and more features to it. 1. Easy to use 2. Saves time 3. Increase productivity 4. Value for money This is why i like Hubstaff. Great way to track teams hours, deal with expenses and get a good overview of what is happening in your business. I would highly recommend this service. -Very robust features, even with the free version -Easily switch my timer from one task to the other as I need to jump from project to project throughout the day -Can track in the system what rate I'm charging each client (no more searching old emails to see agreed-upon rates) -Very easy to run reports and filter what I need -Lets me create a huge number of projects and easily archive the ones I no longer need - Easy integration onto your computer - Makes tracking hours and productivity seamless - Simple to track pay for each employee - Interface is easy to use and easy to change if need be		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Clients and independent contractors may find each other with ease on Upwork. Have found great help here but not all of the freelancers. As an independent accountant providing bookkeeping and tax services to nonprofits, Upwork is one of the channels I use to solicit new business. Most freelancers use Upwork to work with established clients. Upwork provides secure payment transactions and the best job according to user skills. Upwork provides many features to users like: - Find the verified clients overseas. - Easy to find a suitable job according to the filter section and skills set. - Upwork allows you to quickly filter the job listings and find the job that fits your preferences. - Great interface. It is easy to navigate around and find the type of work you need - Ease of communication (instant chat/call, file sharing). - Rating and Review. - The feedback/rating system helps with choosing the right candidate. - Able to read reviews of others who have worked with the individual. - Secure payment transaction. - Followed government transaction rule. Lots of freelancers available and a robust interface of options to filter them by. Generally the quality is good from work I've had done, but you need to be very specific as to what work you need done and processes. Upwork is an excellent platform for connecting clients and self-employed/agencies. It very helpful for freelancers to directly work with clients and share the reviews and ratings for the work. Freelance can create its customized profile to bid on individual projects: freelancer will setup own skills and experiences, education for this activity. Upwork gives the tags to users like Rising Talent, Top Rated, Payment method verified/ verified plus according to their experiences. The workflow is like the customer will create the project with description, budget, timelines, Number of proposals, and employees will bid on the same project at the same rate or personal rate using connects. Freelance can change the proposal rate even submitting the proposal. After the client can accept/declined the offer, and the user will get the notification according to the same. If an employee/agency has been hired and completed the task, they can submit the project for payment, and the customer will end the contract with the submission of the fee. - Open-source bidding platform - Work directly with the clients/employee - Employees can filter the task according to experience level like Entry level, Immediate level, Experience level. - Advanced search, filter job, save as favorite features are handy and helpful to find the best job. - Time tracking feature, so we can accomplish the task timely. - Freelancers can work from any location—no need to go to one place daily like an office. - Easy to use it. - Cross-platform application. Available for Web and Mobile. - Support guys help immediately. Cons Only tasks that appear fraudulent or suspicious, or are obviously designed to swindle the freelancers, need to be filtered out and blocked. Some freelancers are flaky. The fees paid to Upwork are outrageous. If they changed their model to give the option to pay just for the matching service and allow people to run everything else outside that would be ideal. I want the ability to share folders in addition to individual files. Rest the things are great and satisfied. Their mobile chat app / interface could use a lot of work. They sometimes unnecessarily ding worker accounts or pause them to validate issues that crop up from their monitoring phrases in chats (or even our account and we've used them for years!), but I also understand it's a quality check and automated software can lead to false positives. Nothing to dislike with Upwork. It is beneficial to work with clients and taskers directly.
