Pros from Real Users Pros Good enough experience for the core product; does the job properly - so can't complain about any of that It is simple to track time or hours spent by employees when working using Hubstaff. Again, it is simple to generate payrolls or rather pay employees using accurate time tracking data. It a reliable tool for employees attendance and leave leave management. Hubstaff is really easy to use and user friendly software, definitely easy to navigate. I also love the productivity features, including the badges and the productivity percentages. I've used other software in the same niche and nonetheless other ones are not so stable and user friendly. It tracks every activity of the employee that happened on their computer. Helps to improve productivity in remote employees. Also, I can track the time spent on projects. Without admin permission, it can't be disabled. Lightweight and doesn't slow down the computer. Tracking capabilities, flexible price setting based on projects, very quick support response times, unlimited project viewers at no cost. I like the simplicity of Hubstaff's usage. I also like that it works both on PCs and Mac. Additionally, it gives good value for its price. And most of all, I like how the company is improving the product and adding more and more features to it. 1. Easy to use 2. Saves time 3. Increase productivity 4. Value for money This is why i like Hubstaff. Great way to track teams hours, deal with expenses and get a good overview of what is happening in your business. I would highly recommend this service. -Very robust features, even with the free version -Easily switch my timer from one task to the other as I need to jump from project to project throughout the day -Can track in the system what rate I'm charging each client (no more searching old emails to see agreed-upon rates) -Very easy to run reports and filter what I need -Lets me create a huge number of projects and easily archive the ones I no longer need - Easy integration onto your computer - Makes tracking hours and productivity seamless - Simple to track pay for each employee - Interface is easy to use and easy to change if need be		Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's free, and can be track time and give reports, and take screenshots and even have the option to blur the screenshot. Cons I got an email from them that says" Your TopTracker account was suspended " They suspended my account for no reason, and they stated " We were unable to verify your TopTracker account with the information you provided. We have restricted your account access. " Then when I ask for the reason they ask for verification and ID "It seems that our team looked at the account information you provided but found they would need more information in order to successfully complete our internal checks and complete verification. For this reason, I would kindly ask you to send us a copy of an ID document (e.g. driver's license or passport) where your full name and date of birth are visible in Latin script so that we can proceed with the verification process. I am afraid that, for compliance reasons, the new account verification step is mandatory. Without it, it will unfortunately not be possible to continue using your TopTracker account, and submitting your ID document is a necessary step to complete the verification."
