Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Hour Timesheet is simple to use and provides all we need to be DCAA compliant. Having access to an app as well makes it very convenient. Customer Service responds quickly and is efficient. It works well and keeps the employee information together for reporting, payroll, and my employee timekeeping. I do like it over the other previous employee time-keeping software I have used. - Affordable price - Great customer service - Works reliably with QuickBooks Desktop - Mobile app for employees - Available from anywhere We were like looking for a Time & Attendance software tool that was both easy to use and would be user friendly for our employees. We most definitely found that with Hour Timesheet. We signed up for the free trial and where sold soon after. Our employees really like the mobile feature. It was easy to setup and integrate with Quick Books. We love the built in work flow that helps ensure the employees complete their timesheets as required. The leave management feature has really smoothed out the whole leave accruals and usage. Cons That you can't remove or hide employees that are no longer with you from the timesheet review list. The mobile app from the manager controls side could use some more features but that is just me being picky. I can easily log in from a web browser to my account to review a time card. - Mobile app doesn't track employee location, hopefully it will be added soon - Scheduling functionality could be improved I cannot really find a con here. Their tech support has been great to work with and very attentive to our needs. We have been very happy with the software, so we don't have any cons. We appreciate that Hour Timesheet is continually updating/enhancing the software.		Pros from Real Users Pros It's a reliable and effective timesheet software for an organization whose employee work from home. It tells what the employee is doing and also how much time they spent on certain tasks. Mobile platform is also available with data syncable option.
