Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Honestly, Hopted has been a total lifesaver for my Amazon business. Before this, I was wasting hours every week downloading CVSs and trying to manually merge sales and FBA fees in a spreadsheet. Now, I just open my Google sheet and the data is already there, updated in real-time. It just makes profit tracking and forecasting so much less painful. Hopted makes managing my Amazon account a breeze. I love that I can get all of my store data into a google sheet easily and cost effectively. The data is real time from Amazon and the refreshes never fail. Their support is also amazing and is able to email me back to answer any question I have within 24 hours. I've been very impressed with them. Cons The only small thing is that when you start pulling massive amounts of historical data, the initial connection can take a little while. But once it's up and running and on its scheduled sync, it’s flawless. All of the limitations that I have seen with Hopted are due to Google Sheets (lagging) because I reference the data into so many other sheets since the data is so valuable.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use. Website looks great. Pricing is good for small businesses! I would recommend them to anyone looking for an ecommerce website. It looks better than much more expensive websites and is easy to customize. We were extremely impressed with the Yodify business model and onboarding experience. We'd been exploring various ways to improve our website and overall online experience but were not having any luck due to our niche needs as a distributor. After speaking with Riley and the team at Yodify, we were extremely impressed at what their company had to offer. Not only did their business model take into account our very specific requirements to begin displaying our products online, but the Yodify team additionally built out an entire product catalog for us at no additional cost. The functionality Yodify offers at the price point they charge is night and day from all of the other companies we touched base with who wanted to charge and arm and a leg for a product that did not completely fit our needs. The onboarding team was unbelievably responsive and has continued to provide support now that our website is up and running. It's an incredibly impressive product and we're thrilled with the end result. Yodify is very well thought out, comprehensive, and yet simplistic in the way that it is experienced by the user. From inventory volumes to specifications, pricing to discount levels, it has it all! On the business side of things, it provides an added feature to the service you can provide to a customer. Everything from an easily searchable inventory database to an always current online price sheet. One of my favorite features of the site is being able to build custom ordering templates for customers that tend to repeat orders. Cons Accessory products could be easier to add to your existing products. None that we can think of. Everything has been smooth so far and we're looking forward to seeing more and more visitors explore the new website. We had some issues with setting shipping rates, as we have a variety of sizes/weights of inventory that we are trying to move. But, a quick call to the technical team, and they provided an override option to allow us to set the rates ourselves. The ordering system doesn't sync with the bigger accounts ordering system which will deter them from using that section of the website. This doesn't take away from them being able to check inventory and pricing, however.
