Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Hive has an easy-to-use design that makes it simple for both individuals and teams to explore and effectively manage tasks. The way the platform is designed enhances the user experience. It is a great platform for individuals who are serious about their work productivity, with flexible project layouts, native email, resourcing, group messaging, and file sharing, this software connects all aspects of your work. It can be difficult to organise and structure recurrent tasks for a team of writers who create over 1,000 articles every month. Hive is a great way to keep things moving. My writers appreciate how their daily workload is presented in a straightforward and succinct manner. It's also fantastic to be able to add new assignments and shift them around. This software is so clunky and hard to use. I did not find one thing about the software beneficial to our company. I like that Hive offers free trial and is billed at a lower cost per month which is less than $20 per account. Task prioritization and issue tracking is another thing that I like about Hive. Cons Although Hive has a mobile app for access while on the move, some customers have complained about functional restrictions when compared to the web version. There are several aspects that users who rely a lot on mobile capabilities can find lacking. No issues so far since I have been using this software. Lack of personalization It can be a pain in some circumstances. You may need to enlist internal assistance to complete the task at hand. Everything. This software just doesn't bode well as a project manager. It is over two years ever since I incorporated Hive in our organization and I have never encountered challenges even on a single instance. This application provides us with a dashboard with detailed elements of assignment and delegation of tasks to manage our projects with ease. In addition, it offers us a panel that allows us to visualize the time spent and the process we have in real time of the assigned projects. It is a good option to manage time, tasks and productive activities within the company. It is a very good opportunity to generate reports and statistics of hours spent and progress of projects and provide accurate results at the time of diagramming the delivery of such reports. Redbooth presents an online task and project organization software. It does it in a fairly simple way for those work groups that have a busy and disorganized schedule at times, showing in its interface that in turn is very simple a simple and understandable overview with a stipulated time of completion of such tasks. Redbooth offers such a simple, basic interface with a lack of external integrations that some users find the application a bit frustrating to use due to its primitive organization of items that resemble an attempt to replace email. I never encountered any problem with this platform.
