Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Hive has an easy-to-use design that makes it simple for both individuals and teams to explore and effectively manage tasks. The way the platform is designed enhances the user experience. It is a great platform for individuals who are serious about their work productivity, with flexible project layouts, native email, resourcing, group messaging, and file sharing, this software connects all aspects of your work. It can be difficult to organise and structure recurrent tasks for a team of writers who create over 1,000 articles every month. Hive is a great way to keep things moving. My writers appreciate how their daily workload is presented in a straightforward and succinct manner. It's also fantastic to be able to add new assignments and shift them around. This software is so clunky and hard to use. I did not find one thing about the software beneficial to our company. I like that Hive offers free trial and is billed at a lower cost per month which is less than $20 per account. Task prioritization and issue tracking is another thing that I like about Hive. Cons Although Hive has a mobile app for access while on the move, some customers have complained about functional restrictions when compared to the web version. There are several aspects that users who rely a lot on mobile capabilities can find lacking. No issues so far since I have been using this software. Lack of personalization It can be a pain in some circumstances. You may need to enlist internal assistance to complete the task at hand. Everything. This software just doesn't bode well as a project manager. It is over two years ever since I incorporated Hive in our organization and I have never encountered challenges even on a single instance.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The user interface is appealing and incredibly easy to use. Its support ticketing works flawlessly, and also auto-captures support ID from replied emails. Knowledge-based self-service feature. Easy to migrate from another helpdesk platform. It has a separate tab for closed, ongoing and open projects. From customer support solution to project management, everything works seamlessly on the OneDesk platform. The project tracking works very well also we can interact with clients at the same time. It saves time and effort of installation. OneDesk is a great tool for projects and customer helpdesk solution. It's easy to use, provides great visualization on tickets and project status, automation in support, and self knowledge base section. We are very happy with this solution. OneDesk with many abilities. It's an extraordinary business tool that provides multiple services. On the positive side, it provides one software to manage help desk and projects. Bringing OneDesk into the organization wasn't difficult. My favorite thing about OneDesk is, it eliminates the separate different business tools to manage projects and helpdesk into one desk to manage multiple business services. It increases transparency in business and customer management. Everyone in my team loved this tool. Cons There are not many things for project management. Project progress tracking is not reliable. Customizations are not that easy on this platform. Live chat freezes a few times. Otherwise it's a good tool. There isn't anything that we didn't liked about this. Hardly ever found any difficulty on this platform.
