Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Hive has an easy-to-use design that makes it simple for both individuals and teams to explore and effectively manage tasks. The way the platform is designed enhances the user experience. It is a great platform for individuals who are serious about their work productivity, with flexible project layouts, native email, resourcing, group messaging, and file sharing, this software connects all aspects of your work. It can be difficult to organise and structure recurrent tasks for a team of writers who create over 1,000 articles every month. Hive is a great way to keep things moving. My writers appreciate how their daily workload is presented in a straightforward and succinct manner. It's also fantastic to be able to add new assignments and shift them around. This software is so clunky and hard to use. I did not find one thing about the software beneficial to our company. I like that Hive offers free trial and is billed at a lower cost per month which is less than $20 per account. Task prioritization and issue tracking is another thing that I like about Hive. Cons Although Hive has a mobile app for access while on the move, some customers have complained about functional restrictions when compared to the web version. There are several aspects that users who rely a lot on mobile capabilities can find lacking. No issues so far since I have been using this software. Lack of personalization It can be a pain in some circumstances. You may need to enlist internal assistance to complete the task at hand. Everything. This software just doesn't bode well as a project manager. It is over two years ever since I incorporated Hive in our organization and I have never encountered challenges even on a single instance.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Offer different views for stats, there is a Kanban style view for Devs. Price compare to other competitors. One of the strong points of this software is its low learning curve.... The features, whether it's project management with budget tracking, time entry approvals or costs management are very well organized and intuitive. So many features to track the projects progression. Need to prioritize tasks? Boards, task lists and Gantt charts are available Need to track hours? Powerful time entries management with different views (Timesheet included) Time entries approval also available. Need to track your project budget and cost? All there within every project. The app been updated a lot for the past years and keeps getting at least one monthly update. Cons Stops working randomly. Not mobile friendly. Difficult to export stats. Copy pasting text and images does not properly work. The multiple steps to print an invoice is somewhat long... and the mobile app does not offer enough features. For our own needs, I would say to integrate the full suite to third parties software of accounting the like. Some part of the app needs a revamp (Mostly the invoicing module). But they do work hard to update the whole thing over time.
