About
Plug’n play API to integrate with your diabetes management platform. Personalized therapeutic education. Better insights on BGL fluctuations. Real-time prediction to anticipate risks. Allow for more personalization and better regulation of the system. Handle complex living phases with rapid glucose changes. Telemedicine & retrospective analysis. Decision-support for patients. Hillo is currently working on the next versions of its AI technology, a therapeutic recommendation system to anticipate and prevent hypoglycemia and hyperglycemia, whose CE mark class IIB is planned for 2020, and the new generation of artificial pancreas(AP) for 2021, which will help overcome the main limitations of current AP systems thanks to the ultra-personalization provided by machine learning. The first self-learning artificial intelligence for predicting blood glucose levels to obtain CE mark as a medical device.

About
Kymolog is a medical-device data integration and research platform for hospitals, medical-device makers, and research teams. Its edge agent captures readings from continuous glucose monitors, ECG monitors, pulse oximeters, blood-pressure cuffs, and thermometers, then represents measurements as FHIR R4 Observations with LOINC codes, UCUM units, device identity, and measurement time. Kymolog matches readings to patients and encounters using bed or device assignments and delivers them to a hospital’s existing EHR through FHIR R4 or an HL7 v2 interface engine. The same readings can be retained in a research store with their device and time provenance for clinical research and post-market evidence workflows. The software can run on premises, in a hospital-controlled private cloud, or in a device maker’s cloud; an optional hosted research store receives de-identified readings. Device classes beyond the supplied mappings can be configured.
