Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Quick and easy to use; makes processing insurance claims & payments a breeze. It has drastically cut down on my time spent submitting claims for processing and also time spent posting insurance payments. Everything in one place. great dashboard and reports. customer support has been great and really responsive. Cons Software has a tendency to logout right when you're in the middle of using it I wish menu on the LH side wouldn't open so easily; I am constantly searching clients names and that opens blocking my view of what I typed/can select Don't love having to pay for a student account as they can't practice on their own.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Not much, the scheduler. Ability to show patients' medication information. Email senders, and that is it. Marketed features were ideal for therapists. (Those features actually working were rare.) Professional sounding name. Cons The technical issues are absurd and the amount of troubleshooting is not worth it stick with free Doxy.me. I wish I did that to start but had to move fast because of crisis and made an error. Will not continue after the year and yes forget customer support does not exist. Minimal customer support or accountability, particularly when all users in professional online groups are reporting the same bugs and constant issues. No refunds or pro-rating, despite realizing within the first day of user traffic that TheraPlatform is unable to perform properly, and also, that customer service will not offer support nor acknowledge their issues with their own system.
