Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Quick and easy to use; makes processing insurance claims & payments a breeze. It has drastically cut down on my time spent submitting claims for processing and also time spent posting insurance payments. Everything in one place. great dashboard and reports. customer support has been great and really responsive. Cons Software has a tendency to logout right when you're in the middle of using it I wish menu on the LH side wouldn't open so easily; I am constantly searching clients names and that opens blocking my view of what I typed/can select Don't love having to pay for a student account as they can't practice on their own.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The system is very comprehensive, easy to use. Looks Professional, but does not work professionally . This could have been a great program. Hopes for the future. Registration and Scheduling is pretty simple, and I like the workflow with the features within Sevocity. User friendly and the communication/follow-up with Sevocity. The training process is comprehensive and helpful. I like how easy Sevocity is to you and learn. I love that our labs can import right into the chart and the ease of communicating to all members of the staff here. I also really like the medication portal for sending and adding new medications for patients. I also like the patient portal and how patients can message us directly through their portal and we can respond and add that interaction right to the patient's chart. Cons Right now I don't have anything negative to say about the system. Does not work well with the everyday function of a company and error. Medications section, this section can be a little confusing at times when refilling medications, and the pop ups that happen when doing so. Not sure, since our medical organization is a new user. There isn't much that I don't like about Sevocity. My whole team really loves how easy it is. The only thing I would like to see.
