Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use: Harvest is a very easy-to-use time tracking and invoicing software. The interface is clean and intuitive, and the features are easy to find and use. Integrations: Harvest integrates with a variety of other applications, which makes it easy to track your time and expenses across multiple systems. Customer support: Harvest offers excellent customer support. You can get help through email, chat, or phone support. This program provides us with time management operations of our employees at the time of starting and finishing work. It has digital time sheets that will determine the time they should take in their management and offers graphical packages that detail the time spent by employees to keep an accounting in billing and payments. Despite its flaws, which in general terms are minimal, it is a good tool to account for accurate payroll payments based on our employees in order to be fair with them. It also has an acceptable extension that allows us to use the program on mobile devices, computers or browsers. The ability to click 'start timer' and end it is one of the sweetest UIs for time tracking I've seen. The warm color palette really makes it welcoming, too. And you can always go back and add time if you forgot to set it with the timer, as well as add a description for what you were doing at each time. Harvest is a reliable and trusted platform for tracking times and activities of employees. The reports are very informative. Great automation. Easy and reliable platform. Harvest easily create an invoice, send it to our customers and get payment done online. Nice interface and user-friendly. Directly tracked from our favourite tool like Trello, Basecamp and Asana. The best part is it allows us to track time towards projects and tasks. Fully customisable and configurable. Reliable and secure software. Cons No desktop app: Harvest does not have a desktop app. You can only use it through a web browser. Limited project management features: Harvest does not have all of the features of a full-featured project management tool. For example, it does not have Gantt charts or kanban boards. Although Harvest manages the working time spent by our collaborators, it presents failures in real-time reports, it only provides reports at the end of the working day on a daily or monthly basis. In addition, it does not present a section of activities panel to be configured with the time that each collaborator will take. I feel like the default should open to the current day's time entry interface, but as it is, it's just one click away (big bright green plus sign button on the left). It worked great for me. Nothing to share about cons. Efficient time tracking software. Easy to use. No dislikes.		Pros from Real Users Pros Good integration with QuickBooks desktop, solid support (shout-out to Patrick and Rose always helpful in the online chat). Been using for many years and still finding cool features for our users. For managers there's some great reports where they can monitor the productivity of the workers, etc. Great product to use when you get kicked off Quickbooks Desktop to Quickbooks online! Excellent customer service!!! I seem to connect with Patrick a lot when reaching out with questions. He is always super responsive and very helpful. I have been with eBillity for well over 10 years and their customer service wasn't always that great. But today, we had an issue with our QuickBooks syncing. While it took a while to figure things out, Patrick was super helpful and stayed with me until it was solved. Everything is working and I appreciated his helpfulness. Thank you, Patrick! He responds very quickly. Always asks questions to better understand and help me. If he cannot find the answer, he is humble enough to let me know that he needs to get help from his Tech Team. Out of the 4 years that I've dealt with him, there was only one time that I had to figure it out for myself I always get connected to Patrick right away. He fixes most of my sync issues and gets me help if there are any technical questions. The customer service for this company is THE BEST! Always response, they always find a solution. even if it takes them hours. This incident did not! The "chat with an agent" is a great way to get help. I chatted with Patrick today and he helped me with my issue quickly and easy. Got to the point, taught me a new item, both items resolved. Worked with Patrick. Great product for time keeping and the recent updates and reporting capabilities have really helped. I can see the company doing future expansions and adding features.
