	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very easy to setup and use, good support team, friendly customisation, WhatsApp integration, SMS integration, email notifications, economical pricing, fast support team. The best part is very compact veterinary software, easy learning curve, and software automation is very smooth, I'm able to handle two clinics from a single dashboard, has inventory management, billing, invoicing, vaccination reminders, memberships, discount coupons etc etc, also has Indian GST billing included. 1. Ease of use 2. Cloud-based access from anywhere on the globe. 3. Data management of multiple pets of a pet parent 4. Vaccination and deworming reminders SMS and Emails 5. Staff management 6. Inventory management Cons I'm quite satisfied with the development, waiting for the upcoming newer version with more added features. Works only over the internet, as it is cloud-based. I don't think there are any downsides of PetAladdin Veterinary Software Management Systems, as i have used many other software, and all the gaps and improvements have already been made by PetAladdin team and the support team is very active in helping out in every stage.
