About

Grok 4 is the latest AI model from Elon Musk’s xAI, marking a significant advancement in AI reasoning and natural language understanding. Developed on the Colossus supercomputer, Grok 4 supports multimodal inputs including text and images, with plans to add video capabilities soon. It features enhanced precision in language tasks and has demonstrated superior performance in scientific reasoning and visual problem-solving compared to other leading AI models. Designed for developers, researchers, and technical users, Grok 4 offers powerful tools for complex tasks. The model incorporates improved moderation to address previous concerns about biased or problematic outputs. Grok 4 represents a major leap forward in AI’s ability to understand and generate human-like responses.

About

MiMo-V2.6-Flash is an open-source, natively omnimodal AI model from Xiaomi MiMo designed to balance intelligence, efficiency, and cost. The model supports coding, general agent workflows, visual reasoning, computer use, automation, and multimodal creative tasks. Its capabilities extend beyond software engineering into frontend design, presentation creation, 3D modeling, interactive world generation, video production, and embodied simulation. Xiaomi trained MiMo-V2.6-Flash with large-scale reinforcement learning across coding, general agent, visual, and cybersecurity tasks, completing roughly 750,000 training trajectories. The model is positioned as the more cost-efficient member of the MiMo-V2.6 family while retaining strong performance across software engineering, tool use, automation, and visual coding benchmarks. MiMo-V2.6-Flash is available through MiMo Desktop, AI Studio, MiMo Code, the Xiaomi MiMo API Platform, OpenRouter, and the open-source MiMo-V2.6 release.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • Grok 4 seems like AGI. It blows every other model away in terms of advanced problem solving and mathematics. Unreal how good it is.

Cons

  • Have not found any cons yet. Such an incredible leap forward.

Pros & Cons from Real Users

Pros

  • What I like most is how much capability Xiaomi packed into a model this cheap. The 1M-token context window means I can use it for big repos, long documents, agent histories, and mixed-media workflows without constantly worrying about context limits. It is also genuinely useful beyond text. I can feed it images, video, audio, and text in the same workflow, which makes it a strong fit for agents, document processing, visual analysis, and automation.

Cons

  • The main downside is that I would still reach for MiMo-V2.6-Pro when I need maximum reasoning depth or I am working on something especially difficult or high-stakes. Flash feels more like the everyday workhorse.
