Quick desktop notes reduce interruptions and keep the workflow smooth during busy clinic hours. Simple and Intuitive Interface. The software is easy to use, even for team members who are not particularly tech-savvy. No complex onboarding was required. It runs smoothly in the background without slowing down our systems, which is essential in a clinical environment where performance matters. The ability to send notes across multiple workstations in real time has improved coordination between treatment rooms and the front desk. We appreciate the continuous improvements and the responsiveness of the development team. This is network enabled desktop sticky notes program. Every note you can send to your friends or colleagues in your network neighborhood. On program start ShixxNOTE scans your network for all computers in your LAN. After then in "Sending note to others" dialog you simply choose note recipient's and click send note button. They will receive exactly the same colorful note on theirs desktop with sound alert. Cons Desktop-Based Only. A mobile companion app would be a welcome addition for managers who are not always at their desks. Advanced Customization Could Expand. While the current feature set is solid, additional customization options for larger clinics would add even more flexibility. There is only English language supported. Maybe author can add Spanish, German, Italian and French language.
