Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Almost NOTHING. ... {My phone is a Samsung Galaxy A03s & they switched us over to Google Messages (G~ M~) without giving us a choice. Whoever did the switching at least made sure that when they switched us over to G~ M~, they at least didn't delete our historical texts, but it might be Samsung who should get credit for that, not Google.} Absolutely NOTHING!! Especially being given no damn choice in the switch after being a loyal Samsung customer since 2010. nothing about this application works for me, it sends random text messages to people that I did not enter I have not found anything I like or to recommend to others to encourage anyone to use this app. This app needs significant amount of work as far as I am concerned. Security feature are good and i do like the spam blocker. That is all I can come up with right now. The bad outweighs the good. Cons I DO NOT LIKE that once a text is typed & sent with Google Messages (G~M~), I have Not then been able to forward it to others! I used to be able to do that before they switched us to G~M~. I DO NOT want to use group chat or group text. I DO NOT LIKE that with G~M~ I have Not been able to delete a single text within a text thread by itself! I usually do NOT want to delete entire histories of texts w/ someone. I DON'T like the font. I also DO NOT like how ugly Google makes the emojis look once I press the emoji I want to use! Emojis wind up looking different from how they looked before I pressed them. I also DO NOT like the colors of circles next to each text thread in the list of threads when I first open text messages & then at the top when I press a new text to open it or to open a historical thread! I'm an adult, & Google's primary colors in the text/message area are childish & annoying & ugly & unsophisticated compared to the ones that had been in use before they switched us to G~M~. I DON'T like the fact, after I touch the text conversation-balloon icon on my phone's desktop, I have to go through another step of pressing something else to open the message area & I also don't like that the 2nd step involves pressing Google's advertisement for itself in the form of a button that says "Open Google Messages." ETC. I don't like ANYTHING about the crappy Google messages. I absolutely hate it and if given the choice I definitely wouldn't have it on my phone and as stated before if my Samsung phone wasn't new I'd switch brands as I'm now planning to do with my next phone purchase. Loyalty means nothing to big companies anymore. All you all want is max your profits while producing cheaper crap for your consumers.🤬 messages not sent, random messages sent, application is worthless Opening display, deleting process, when viewing an attached video, it changed the view to a long picture, total different view. Do not like display, deleting process or what it does to videos. The texting is awful. Once you start typing in you message the screen remains still. It doesn't scroll down as you type so you can see what you are typing. You have to exit the keyboard to read your message and make sure the cursor is at the end so you can start typing again. Also the auto correct doesn't make sense. It pulls up misspelled word or word that don't even pertain to what is being typed. This app is the worst I have felt with. You can't like photos and only sometimes you can like a text during a conversation. The other text app options for this phone are a joke. I am about ready to switch my phone entirely. With all the new technology this is awful.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Allows for a collaborative place for my colleagues and me to share ideas, projects, and tasks. Incredibly resource since working remotely. Easy to connect with employees and work. Good video and audio connect which also work great in low connect. I like the simple and interactive method that we can maintain communication, as well as working together between co-workers with Workplace by Facebook, I like this job system, it has a user interface comparable to the social media network Facebook, in addition to being used by all the employees of our company, they were able to share suggestions, chat, make audio and video phone calls, share papers and more, in a very simple to use and also familiar environment. Workplace by Facebook is a good place for formal and informal communication in organizations. It has easy setup with single sign on of company credentials and employees can share their thoughts and also make announcements on walls just like normal Facebook. I like that I can use something just for my business Facebook page and I do not get it confused with my personal one. Cons Support is incredibly slow when there are any operational issues with this platform. User interface can be improved for non-technical people. I like to integrate with online office devices to modify documents and also spreadsheets online through the system. Eventually we found instability in the system and a drop in the program's functioning. The notification links which we get in emails mostly redirects to a different thread instead of the actual post. It is not user friendly as I think it should be. It also does not always notify me and then when I do look at it, it does not show that I looked at the notification.
