Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Very low fees. Much better than credit cards! Integration with Xero is excellent. Handles multi-currency as well. I have been using GoCardless for my business since 2012. When we first started using them they were a small start-up and we had remained loyal and supportive of them for over 7 years. Cons Getting multi-currency setup correctly in Xero took a few extra steps and wasn't documented clearly at the time (we had to setup an additional clearing account in Xero). But the GoCardless support was very useful, and guided me to the Xero documentation I needed to follow. Sadly their service today is nothing like it was in the past. Over the years there have been some issues with their service but they had generally been helpful in getting things fixed.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Razorpay makes it fairly easy to manage online payments in one place. The dashboard is useful for checking transactions, tracking payment activity, and getting an overview of payments. I also find the variety of payment methods and integration options helpful for regular business use. Razorpay is truly the future of payments. I am so proud of this made-in-India company! It plays well with UPI, Internet Banking, CC/DC, wallets, Lazypay etc. Great dashboard Easy to use Easy to integrate Variety of payment options Analytics and insights Good customer service Cons Razorpay helps simplify the process of accepting and managing online payments without needing to handle different payment methods separately. Having transactions and payment information available through one platform makes day-to-day payment management more convenient. Nothing to complain about here. All-in-all a great gateway service. Needs more customization options. Lacks robust international payment options.
