Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Gmail is secure, simple to use with a user-friendly interface. It includes several useful features.What I like most about Gmail is that it's convenient and easy to make an email and start receiving messages from contacts. I also like being able to customize the theme in the background of my inbox. It has a lot of features. The biggest pro to Gmail is how many people in the professional world use it. It makes cross usage easy as most professionals know how to use the platform. The best thing is that it comes with a unique Gmail I'd where a user can send any type of documents, information, media with the helps of end user's Gmail id. There are so many additional apps that are attached with Gmail like Gmeet, Google Chat where you can use them accordingly. Gmail just has the best look and best organization settings in an email program. I have been using the program for 10 years and have no plans on switching email providers. - It is very straightforward to set up and use. - The appearance and layout of the application can be customized. - It is free to use and provides 15GB of storage. - It has specific features just for the protection and the security of the user data, such as 2-factor authentication. Cons There is also no customer support for Gmail so if you have an error or problem you are on your own which can be frustrating at times. I took a few minutes to think about some cons about Gmail, but honestly I can't think of any at this time. Nothing is said to be less useful about this software. If you have multiple emails, they will make you a collective inbox which can be confusing, but you can switch to primary at any time. - The read recipient feature is missing from the application. Other than this Gmail works amazingly, considering it is free to use.		Pros from Real Users Pros All tools in one place — Mail, Drive, VPN, Calendar — make work simple and efficient. Seamless sync across devices keeps everything smooth and effortless, with flexible plans for any need. Trustworthy service from Switzerland. So its Europe. proton meets all legal requirements, so it is perfect for business. Availability is very good. I like the fact that it was constructed around account safety and it has a fresh interface. It has a lot of features and it is quite affordable for regular users. - Easy to use, - Open source, - Possible to use with a custom domain (requires a premium subscription), - Privacy orientated (something truly rare these days!) The web client is great for all my needs, and ProtonMail is a privacy-respecting e-mail provider, based on Switzerland. The # draw is that this is a secure, privacy-focused email alternative. It also has a very sleek interface. Can encrypt if you want, or not. All settings are available and it is easy to set up everything. Have a free version that I am currently using and it is not restricted in any way. Allows for two-factor authorization. ProtonMail offers encrypted emails, so it's a good option for those looking for a more private, secure email service compared to the bigger ones out there like Gmail and Outlook. It's got fairly priced options, and the free version isn't too bad either. I love that my emails are end to end encrypted. I found out that Gmail reads my emails and I quickly signed up for the free version.
