Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros In Regards to: The initial purchase of a 1000 dollar Best Western Gift Card on December 13th yielded an email with the 1000 dollar said gift card, however a $250 bonus promo gift card, as was promised as part of this promotional purchase, was NOT delivered via email to us. 15 days later and daily emails to GIVEX have NOT yielded our 250 dollar promo gift card. We adhered to all terms of the purchase made with our American Express credit card. We have Cons In regards to our experience: BUYERS BEWARE: A 250 dollar Promo Bonus Best Western Gift Card, as was promised in the terms of this promotional purchase states on the Best Western Website, in conjunction with GIVEX, was NOT delivered via email to us as was the initial purchase, immediately on December 13, which qualified us to receive the $250 Promo Bonus. 15 days later and only 3 days left for the Best Western promotion, and daily emails and calls to GIVEX have NOT yielded our 250 dollar promo gift card to Best Western. We adhered to all terms of the purchase process made with our American Express credit card. We hope this company will produce our bonus promo in the next 3 days as promised or we will sadly not be customers of GIVEX OR BEST WESTERN HOTELS in the future.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Easy to use, easy to order plastic cards. GC machine super easy to use too. Invoices always very clear and on time. We could import from Moneris gift card program balance to Paystone app and we can see the each transaction on web dashboard which is very convenient. Fast response. Availability. Reliable. Great Custer service. Ease of use and pretty straight forward. They offer great service, the customer service is so friendly, and so quick! exactly what we needed. Great reports to look at for my business, helps with planning for the future and to get a look into the past. This solution has been installed in our cafeterias and it has improved our bottom line. Cons Do not have e-gift cards included on the price we pay as other Canadian companies offer. Do not see any support from your company to help with sales of plastic GC to our customers. We used to have Clover Flex and start using Paystone app, however, it’s not available for Clover Mini. We have more locations, but it’s not only one kind of device, so we use the different type of devices it depends on type of businesses. I hope it works in the future. Pricing. I am expecting prices to get revisited. More flexibility and options to link the service with e-loyalty and gift cards via email. Not many, I haven't used their product for too long, so it is hard to say! We are happy with the solution and have no recommendations.
