Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is much better, they continue to develop this product, whereas, it seems to me that Salesforce Maps doesn't release new features. The real difference is the customer service. With Salesforce Maps, it costs a fortune to implement and you can never get someone to help you. With Geopointe, you have a dedicated AE and CSM to help when needed. Both solutions are native to Salesforce so the data practices are identical. Cons I've only had great experiences with Geopointe, I can't think of any cons!
