	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's good for price honestly. Used for more than 1 year with highest tier and still satisfied but their support is worse Absolutely love how intuitive it is to use. really makes it so hands off after it scrapes it all. they really thought out the step by step process. The best aspect of InTouch Tool is its ability to automate LinkedIn connections and messages, streamlining lead generation, prospecting, and sales efforts while prioritizing safety and ease of use. Ease of use. Its so easy to use the tool and I just love it. Its good for networking and nurturing and thats why I love it. It saves me a ton of time with initial connection requests and a few follow ups so people don't fall through the cracks. It isn't complete automation (doesn't reply to replies), but that's okay... it starts the process which is super helpful! Cons Shady altogether. No proper support are you serious? Not really much to dislike, but maybe there could be more automations. Only 5 requests can be sent for free account, should be at least 10. No cons as of now just feel that that UI could have been a bit better. I wish they had a more robust dashboard that shows who has been sent which message, and stats of how many people replied to the initial outreach message. It would also get great to have a pause button to pause on certain days.
