	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Ease of use, amazing customer support, real time analytics, reporting, ability to customise, workflows, notifications, interoperability. - Super easy to use - Great support from the intelli team - Functions work well and are very well designed - The design is nice and easy to move around The biggest benefit of the product is the possibility to have a slick, tidy, structured and customizable performance management process and improve the existing ones as the platform already has best practices. I have loved working with Gagan. She is always so positive and helpful, always so willing to go above and beyond to help her clients in any way. IntelliHR should really consider themselves lucky to have her on their team. There is so much to love about intelliHR. Pros: -Intuitive -Easy To Navigate -Real Time Performance Feedback -The ability to have many things in one place (employee data, training tracking, project/task tracking, org chart, etc) -Support from Gagan! Cons Nothing that comes to mind, the system meets so many of our requirements. - The contracts function needs a little bit of fixing There is no such thing. The product is designed in a way that each feature and functionality have a purpose. It is just a question of organizations how much they have a need for certain ones and are ready to use them. There are no real cons to working with Gagan, but I would say that Gagan can be a little too easy-going during times that a team needs a firmer hand. I do not have any deal breakers yet I am curious about integrations.
