Fujiyama is free and open source, distribution oriented ray-tracing renderer designed to handle production image rendering. Multi-threaded rendering - dynamic assignement of tile rendering per theread. Rendering preview - fbview shows rendering progress. Region rendering - accelerates distribution rendering pipeline. Tile based rendering. Volume Filling Procedure - Pyroclastic clouds procedure provided. Volume Filling Procedure - Spline wisps procedure provided. Volume Filling Procedure - Surface wisps procedure provided. On demand reading of mipmap - unlimited number of texture images. Pluggable shader DSO - shaders can be written in C/C++. Subsurface scattering - implemented in shader. Bump mapping - perturb normals based on mipmap images. Primitive groups - multiple shader assignment on triangle mesh. Gaussian and Box pixel filters - supports filter width bigger than 1 pixel. Adaptive grid pixel sampling - subdivides pixels based on color threshold.

Leveraging the power of GeForce RTX Tensor Cores, DLSS boosts frame rates while delivering sharp, high-quality images that rival native resolutions. The latest iteration, DLSS 4, introduces several key features. Utilizing AI, this feature generates up to three additional frames for every traditionally rendered frame, significantly increasing performance, up to 8x over conventional rendering methods, while maintaining responsiveness with NVIDIA Reflex. Replaces traditional, hand-tuned denoisers with an AI-trained network, producing higher-quality pixels in ray-traced scenes. This results in enhanced lighting detail and more accurate reflections. Employs AI to upscale lower-resolution images to higher resolutions, preserving image clarity and detail. The new transformer-based AI model enhances stability between frames.
