Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I love Foxit PDF a lot mainly because it helps me to create and edit PDF files of very good quality, with the help of this platform I can design a PDF file from scratch, then I will mention the positive things that this platform has: 1.- The mobile phone application works great, it allows you to create a PDF file from scratch, you can change all kinds of fonts, insert images inside the PDF file, search for words or whole phrases, and it also allows you to use the signature digital within each PDF file you have created. This mobile application has very little weight inside the phone, in addition, you can print all the PDF files by connecting your phone to the printer. 2.- I love the word search system and whole sentence search of this platform, because if I am looking for a specific phrase within a PDF file that has many pages, the word search system works wonderfully, and allows me to find specific phrases or words quickly, I really love your search system, it allows you to find a word quickly. 3.- It has a free trial version that, despite the fact that it lasts a few days, we offer you all the important functions of this platform, in addition, this free trial also allows you to use the PDF file document conversion system, I consider it to be proof that Twitter is very useful for new users. 4.- I also love that the PDF file editor has very attractive prices, this platform is one of the cheapest I've seen for creating and editing PDF files, it offers me prices that have saved me a lot of money within our company, as I had previously been using other PDF editing platforms that cost more than 80% of what Foxit PDF does. 5.- The PDF file document conversion system works wonderfully, it is capable of converting any PowerPoint or Microsoft Word document to a PDF file in a matter of seconds, in addition, it also allows you to share several documents simultaneously. Easy to navigate thru the tools/features Awesome customer service and response time The editing software is hands down the best I've used so far. Easy navigation and tools. Best pdf editor product way better than Adobe by far and more tools and options. I love that it does everything I need at a fraction of the cost of Adobe! All of the features that I need are there. It has everything you need pdf-related, including digital signature and pdf editing, which is something I've been looking for and that does not cost a ton of money! Cons The main negative things I have noticed about this PDF editing platform were: 1.- The main negative point of this platform is that there is no way to use the digital signature or electronic signature when you subscribe to a premium version within this platform, the digital signature function works individually and is not integrated into the first day Zapata forms, for which I consider it very negative since it would be excellent if the digital signature system is integrated into the premium plan, since it is very necessary to sign PDF files or contracts in PDF files that are very important. Despite the fact that the digital signature plan and the premium plan of this PDF file platform are very cheap, I consider that it has to be integrated into the Foxit premium plan. 2.- Another of the negative things about this platform is that the web version does not allow collaborative editing of files, therefore, if I am creating a PDF file and I need collaboration to avoid the PDF file simultaneously with the work team, it can't do that if i'm using the cloud version. Currently the only way to work collaboratively and edit PDF files together, using the Mobile Phone version or the download version for computers for Windows or for MacOS. I have no complaints so far. I find this program very easy to use. Haven't found anything other than the eraser tool. Nothing ever erases. Nothing that I can think of...there are multiple tiers, so it's good to know that if I need additional features, I can just purchase the next tier package. that it took this long for a company to create this and charge a fair price! I'm still using the trial version and experienced software crash a couple of times when handling large files. Also had one situation where the file would not save. But those would also happen with Adobe sometimes so..		Pros from Real Users Pros Finding a decent PDF converter is hard as there are so many scammers out there. I have been able to amend, edit and process all the required PDF documents I needed using PDF extra without any issues or restrictions. It is truly an amazing resource and very user friendly. I can highly recommend this to anyone searching for a valuable resource to work with. Easy to use and able to manage my documents good enough from the work that I needed for, with simple edits. I like that I can use PDF Extra at work. It really helps to fill and edit documents with ease. The navigation is user friendly. The ability to edit PDF’s on the fly from my phone. Then accessing the file remotely from online storage. There were some hiccups in the beginning, but I like using PDF Extra. All of it, easy to use, quick to set-up and more functions than the free adobe but also a great alternative to the paid for version also. I like the edit feature of Pdf because sometimes when your just filling in it only takes a certain size font and you can't change it to make everything fit but with the edit feature you can just add something like a text box and that way you can control the font and make sure everything fits on the line of a pre-filled document. User-friendly is a huge PLUS as well as all the features. I have not explored them all yet. But so far I love working with it. My job is a remote position and I love the Stamps and Digital Signatures, as well as creating a Form. I am constantly having to create a form as I am in the Medical Administrative Field and PDF X makes it very easy and less time-consuming, which is a HUGE PLUS when a New Form is needed. And even if you have to Update an old form. Scan it, PDF X will recognize the text and you can RECREATE a brand new form that looks a lot more Professional. My next form will be using the QR feature to take payments. Scan the QR Code on your Statement and pay your bill!! I am almost finished with it. Can't wait until my Patients See this feature!! Easy to use across devices, has almost unlimited functions, is simple and straightforward, and works fast. I was able to use and edit pdfs on my phone and laptop without having to download the file each time I needed to switch between platforms. The software is very easy to understand and use. Great for creating and editing. The document lock or security is highly recommended and useful.
