The user interface is intuitive, and the solution integrates seamlessly into existing IT environments, reducing the complexity of implementation. Additionally, the company’s commitment to constant updates ensures robust protection against emerging threats. Cons While Fortinet is a powerful solution, some features can be complex for beginners to fully leverage without proper training. Additionally, premium support services can be pricey, although the quality of assistance is high. These minor drawbacks do not overshadow the platform’s overall excellence.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We are a company that provides various services and sell products, just like most of us use Zix. We deal heavily with PHI, personal well-being information, along with SS and also everything else necessary to apply for security coverage for our needs. Transferring this data safely and quickly is a great relief. Encrypting emails is also very easy and, more importantly, easy for our customers. Cons I would ask Zix to develop smaller licensing packages. I am unhappy that we have to buy bigger packages, when we only need a few. If a competing service appears with better rates, after that, I will consider leaving Zix to avoid paying licenses that I don't need.
