	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I like the clear options to see visual when selecting the forms I need without getting lost in it. Works for my purpose Formplus is easy to use, allows for collaboration, and offers a lot of flexibility in survey creation. Technical support is superb! user interface, top-notch customer service, ease of use and constant enhancements year over year - highly recommend. The UI is slick and the integration is great. Intuitive to create rules, logic, autoresponders etc. Google drive integration really helps. The ease of use is the most attractive feature of this tool. Don't forget to experiment with the templates. Cons Too high the payment plans, only business usage monthly options for a solo masseuse Sometimes the website is a little slow when loading responses. Any limitations were resolved from one year to the next. Nothing to ask complain about. A little confused with the Builder option.. didn't quite understand it.
