Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Customer service is outstanding. If there has ever been an issue the problem is resolved with interface with the same person. Findjoo was able to get us up and running quickly. We have never used all of its features, but what we have used works well for us. The best thing about Findjoo is that our rep, Christian, has always been available immediately and knows the product thoroughly. Findjoo has a wide range of capabilities! It was the only product I found that met all of my needs in one. The support team has been very helpful and responsive to all of my questions and needs. Most things are figured out within 24 hours. Some of the more complicated requests/concerns Ive had took longer, but the team remained in touch on the progress throughout. When I took over as chair of the board of The Mahone Bay Centre, we were renting rooms, hosting events and selling memberships with pieces of paper and a file cabinet for our database. I did a lot of research and Findjoo hit the mark. Solutions for all types of events and rentals, website and payment integration. Communication is integrated and largely automated. Makes our small organization look professional and helps our small staff perform beyond their number. Findjoo personnel are highly responsive and help us with any troubleshooting or innovations we wish to pursue. Our past membership database was always problematic and caused us a loss in membership. Now, with Findjoo, we have doubled our membership and it stays strong due to ease of renewal, membership communications, membership voting processes. There is so much we can do with Findjoo! It really is a great product! Cons The family membership can sometimes be an issue for our users. We didn't find it to be particularly intuitive - some of the letter and other functions are cumbersome to use. (Again, having a good rep helps here.) Limited contact management capacity. Some of our members have had trouble with the shopping cart. Some of the features are a bit "clunky" and are lacking in design. This my be more a result of my limited computer knowledge, and may be more adaptable if you have more know-how. Software is updated regular which occasionally causes glitches - ultimately improves things though. There isn't anything we have had trouble with regarding Findjoo. We had a few complex variances in payments to different accounts and Findjoo helped us to figure out a way through holding multiple accounts in their system so that we could have our payments go directly to our sub-organization (our Foundation, as an example).	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros My favorite thing about Raklet is the flexibility it provides. Implementations and customizations are always easy. We're very content with their platform. Many advanced features for its price point. Great platform to host members and collect fees. Zapier integrations are a huge plus. So easy to manage members! This is an all-in-one platform, so we don't have to pay for different features to different software platforms. Having everything under a single system has been very practical and economical. As we are a hiking club, we do loads of both paid and free events; Raklet allows us to create events and market them to our members, transact payments through their platform, and create tiered memberships for exclusive events. Also, compared to its alternatives, Raklet is cheaper and way more cost-effective considering their features and integrations! A lot cheaper than most other platforms! Their pricing plans made sense and actually lived up to the promises. Cons There haven't been any notable issues for us so far! Just a few bugs that they quickly took care of. We had a lot of customization requests and it took a longer time on their end. We were aware that we were asking for a lot though, so we weren't in that much of a hurry. The price was also fair considering the effort it took. Getting our members used to the platform took a while but once we were all in, it got very easy to manage everything. No major problems! App sometimes can get laggy and buggy; yet, both of their support and engineering teams are quite fast and helpful fixing details and bugs we've came across throughout our time using the platform up until now. The mobile app has some problems but their engineering team is fast to respond and our members don't use the app that much anyway.
