Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The user interface of FileInvite is super clean and intuitive. Easy to share and collect a digital signature for any type of user. Integrated with Dropbox and Zapier platforms. Approval and ability control can be set by admins. Pre-designed templates for creating contracts. Perfect for any size of business/enterprise. Helps you in document automation. Available on SaaS, web and cloud platform. You can access file offline also. Lets you synchronize with Google Drive. This is such a great service for data and document collection. Personalised branding makes it even better. Cons Till now I haven't found any downside in this platform. No free plan available. Otherwise it's a great DMS tool. Nothing really, overall ticks all our boxes. All pros!	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The flexibility to handle lots of loan types and scenarios. Other software companies charge extra for the report features that this software includes standard--it's pretty amazing. Very user friendly and I like that it offers a variety of interest, and late fee calculation options. The many reports that are included with the software can be tailored to efficiently and successfully service any loan. Moneylender is user friendly, customizable, and Josh (the creator) is so helpful! He has gone above and beyond to help us through understanding and using the product to fit our business needs. It is well designed, appropriately updated, and effective for loan tracking. I switched from another product to this which was the best move I ever made. It was a big decision because I was so dug in to the old software but making the move was a wise choice! I have all of my students purchase this product because I know how to work it and now they do also! NoteConference.com The software calculates the interest and fees based on payment dates and produces a professional statement for your Borrowers. Customer service is outstanding. They answer on the first or second ring and stay with you for some of the crazy scenarios that you will encounter as a Lender. They even rewrite code to accommodate customers. Cons Absolutely nothing. The software delivers exactly what it claims to offer. Some of the loan reports don’t total the columns. It would be a good feature if those reports would total the columns or give you the option to total them. Unless that’s a feature I haven’t learned yet. There are some specific features that did not fit our business model, i.e. we apply funds to principal and interest before paying additional fee/escrow balances due (Moneylender applies funds to fees/escrow before p/i). However, despite the difference, Josh has helped us understand and work with these differences to still efficiently use the product. Temporary discomfort transferring out of one system into this system. Now there is a work around available to "import" loans from the old platform to this one That I didn't find MoneyLender sooner. It is a great tool!
