Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros What I like most is how Field Force Tracker centralizes our entire service operation. From the moment a work order comes in, it's assigned, scheduled, and tracked with full visibility for both office and field staff. The best part about Field Force Tracker is how much real world context it gives our staffing decisions. Before FFT, our scheduling process was exhausting. We were using a mix of whiteboards, phone calls, and Excel sheets. Technicians would often miss updates, or we’d double book crews without realizing. Now, with Field Force Tracker, I can assign jobs in just a few clicks, view real time crew availability, and instantly communicate updates to their mobile app. What stands out most to me about Field Force Tracker is how it effortlessly bridges the gap between management and field teams. In service industries like HVAC, plumbing, and security, keeping track of where your technicians are, what jobs they’re working on, and how efficiently they’re completing tasks is crucial and this platform nails it. From realtime technician tracking to seamless job assignment and invoice automation, the platform transforms routine dispatching into a strategic leadership opportunity. Cons One minor issue is customization: while the platform is robust, there are areas (like invoice templates or specific reporting formats) where a bit more flexibility would go a long way. Field Force Tracker works great on its own, but what I’d love to see is better integration with external HR or recruiting tools. The pain point area is the mobile app’s responsiveness in the field. Our technicians are often working in areas with low signal construction sites, basements, or remote buildings. The app occasionally freezes or struggles to upload photos or sync updates in real time. While Field Force Tracker excels in many areas, one aspect that could use improvement is the customization options for reporting. For companies managing diverse service teams, having more flexible, tailored reports would help in making data driven decisions faster. While the mobile app is robust, occasional syncing delays can occur when technicians operate in areas with limited connectivity.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The UI is fantastic and easy to use. This can be used as a standalone solution for a small business. Customer support is top notch. Lots of features. After switching to Jobber, I found I had my evenings free instead of having to go back and create quotes etc. the app and desktop versions are great for tracking everything and tie into quick books. I can schedule and assign / track jobs all through the software. Communications stay independent from my personal emails etc. customers always comment of fast and professional the online hub is to use. They can access the info on their own time and and we set up auto reminders and templates so everything is ready to go. Taking payment on site has also been great through credit card. We love that our customers have a client hub feature where they can access everything from quotes, invoices, have the ability to request additional work, and track everything real time. Jobber is very easy to use for the beginner. The mobile app gives the user the freedom to quote and invoice right away. I've found that quoting a job quickly while on the job-site sometimes leads to landing a job over the competition that may take a few days to get quotes submitted. Jobber also gets you paid faster via Jobber payments! 1. Simplicity of Use - The easiest CRM that I tested on the market. Our team loves it. 2. Customer Service - World class customer support with the chat feature. 3. Jobber Payments - Makes collecting $$ super easy. Cons Integration with QuickBooks Online is not seamless, or 2 way. You have to manually sync to QB and adjust invoice numbers. That was a deal breaker for us. Obvious learning curve in the beginning to sit down and set everything up but customer service is available. I wish there was more online storage through Jobber so I could attach more pics and video from every quote so I could reference it when I do the job weeks later. I’d like to keep it all online independent from my own phone storage etc. With a lot of great features, Jobber was difficult to navigate in the beginning. Their success team helped us every step of the way! There aren't any cons that I can think of right now. I wish I had started using Jobber in 2017 when I first found out about it. That's all. Reporting could be better as your business grows (Average job size, sales ratio, charge rates for crews etc.)
