Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I migrated from ClickUp+Notion+Trello+AI apps for video/audio transcribing and a bit from Miro. The superpowers of Fibery that I value the most are data relations (you can interlink all your data so your teams & what they do is connected to each other, no more silos), databases, formulas, reports, AI, living (!) whiteboards (you can convert your visualized thoughts into work items right away), API, server-side JavaScript support for things that are impossible or too difficult to setup with no-code approach, and integrations with n8n, Make, ClickUp, Jira, and many others. I appreciate hyper flexibility of Fibery allowing me to setup things the way I want or my clients need. But it would be wise for you to start with Fibery right away, so you don't put yourself into the mindset of other tools & instead focus on your business processes, and Fibery adapts. Cons Nothing too serious yet. Perhaps, if your team uses Jira you may miss Jira's powerful workflows in Fibery. Fibery has workflows too. But they aren't Jira-kind. And yet Fibery's automations are simply awesome. Fibery's whiteboards aren't as powerful as Miro's. There are no whiteboard templates in Fibery yet. But the data in your Fibery whiteboards most likely won't stay siloed as you can convert ideas into actual work items right away, and even add your work items on the whiteboard to discuss with your team. I benefit now from my tech nerdish past to set things right in Fibery. Flexibility of tools like Fibery comes with your responsibility to understand what you're doing especially as your workspace grows. You can start small like with simple tasks & docs. But mostly people like me don't switch from ClickUp+Notion+whatever other tools because they were happy with them. At certain point you want to have both control & flexibility over your data, benefit from your business data analytics, stay sane as your workspace grows, reduce time & costs as your requirements grow mainly by killing your growing your app zoo subscriptions. Fibery does have some learning curve. But it's very organic + you don't start with a blank space anymore but can use some templates to start with and tweak them along the way. You learn as you needs grow. The detailed Guide + the responsive community forum help a lot.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Taskade has really helped our team collaborate more efficiently on projects and task completion. I love the communication features such as chat and calling. Also, one of the best things about it is the ability to view any project under different views such as board view or simple document view. Or even calendar view! There is a ton of flexibility as well in being able to format it however works for you or your team. Think of it as a much simpler and easy to use version of Notion. I really like the mind-mapping tool. Free version is pretty good on its own, and paid version is really affordable. There's mobile, desktop, and browser versions, which means your team of people can access it no matter what. I haven't found any glitching on the PC version. There's some templates available for you to download. You can make calls and organize everything pretty easily. It's really simple to use an easy to download. There's no learning curve with this, which is great if your team includes people who are less tech savvy. Taskade is a very handy collaborate task management tool. It offers great power to the team to manage remotely. You can also host meetings, User-interface is intuitive. Team chat is great. #1- Instant messaging communication option for remote teams. #2- Best task organizer and project planner platform. #3- Easy to Collaborate and track work progress. #4- Intuitive tasks adding option. Very easy to use and same to create task and notes. The app is very clean and organized. It's very easy to edit the added tasks. Just single click needed to add members on task. Cons The one downside of using this platform is the lack of third party integration. Other project management tools such as Trello allow for a ton of third party integrations to make your workflow a lot easier. You can set up some integrations through Zapier, but having direct third party integration with a lot of platforms would make this tool even better. Aesthetically, it feels like it needs work. You can tell that it was designed more for a mobile users than use on a computer, just by the way it looks. I think it needs some updating visually. I assumed the "apps" section on the website might lead to some apps it can connect with, but it's just the download page showing what devices/computers you can use it on. Not really a problem with the software, but probably should be renamed. I haven't gotten the templates to work quite right. Nothing you share about cons. Worked great for me. #1- No cons, We had an overall positive experience with the Taskade. Not every app is perfect for everyone, this app lacks many integration options.
