	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The support team is top of the line. If they happen to be on another call when needed your call is returned very promptly, less than 2 hours in our experience. The team is friendly, patient, work together behind the scenes and are able to provide instructional resources via email or screen sharing. The web site for suppliers is super user friendly. Cons Product pictures require manipulation in almost all instances. We could not have gotten through this part without a lot of help form the support team.
