Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I liked the pricing model, and the ease of use for the system in creating marketing campaigns. But was told I didn't qualify, without adequate reasoning. It looked good at first, but as soon as I begin using the platform, the problems started showing up with "Customer Service", live and online as well. I love that Expert Texting doesn't charge for incoming texts. I also love that they are about a quarter of the cost of other mass text softwares.I Cons I have an acquisition brokerage, where I hire applicants and obtain prior consent to reach out with more opportunities. I was told by expert texting advisors that they wouldn't accept me using their service. Even though I thoroughly explained how prior consent was obtained- in the end I was told "No, because we don't allow mortgage companies". I explained that I wasn't a mortgage company, and that they were misinformed about the nature of my business which is inbound and acquisition. The advisor I spoke with was of eastern decent given the accent- and the operation is likely fully outsourced. I tried using this company and had issues with the first text I attempted to send out. The Customer Service was awful and just could not understand my issue. They kept telling me the same thing over and over which did not solve my issue. Then I talked to a live person which was just as disappointing!!! I am trying to cancel my account and having a hard time doing that as well, there is no way "online" to cancel, you must call them and answer a series of questions while they try to save the account and make it hard to cancel. I "must" send them an email with my reasons for canceling and request they delete my account. SCAM SCAM SCAM..... stay away is my advice!!! I dislike that Expert Texting isn't really great for large enterprises. So if you have a large company this software isn't for you.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros We needed a text alert system for our company of 160 employees but didn't want to spend a fortune and have some overly complicated system. Text Magic checked all boxes. It is very simple to use, web based, low cost, pay as you go, no subscriptions, no strings. We love it!!! Textmagic is a great tool for communicating with all employees in my company or all employees in certain departments. I can schedule those group texts in advance or do them on the fly. It is so easy to use. Very easy to use and so far meets my requirements. I like the live results and that you can also use this system for email marketing as well. Email to sms gateway seems reliable and has worked well for us. I hope it continues to be a solid product. Very easy to use, great app too. Very straight forward and does not require a lot of information, just what you need. Cons None! We have no cons to report. Setup and verification took a few days but that's a regulatory thing. After that - Smooth sailing. There aren't any cons. The designers seemed to think of everything. So far I have not found anything that I don't like. I contacted support twice in the last 2 weeks, one via website, and one via email. No response. Nothing so far. Everything seems to be very straight forward.
