Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros One of the biggest upsides has been working with Abbie. She is incredibly responsive to my emails, always follows up quickly, and consistently provides clear solutions whenever problems come up. Having that level of support has made the entire experience smoother and more efficient. I went from a nightmare of a billing company to Exercise.com. The difference has been life changing as a business owner. The upgrades and features are awesome! But, more importantly, the staff has been top notch. They have worked very closely with me every single step of the way throughout the migration process. They quickly answer any questions that I have and provide me with helpful tips to optimize the platform use. I can't say enough good things about this crew! A special shout out to Abbie and Sage for all your hard work. Thank you so much!!! Sage is the BEST! The BEST customer support. Tons of features that you can not find anywhere else. White Labelling is a huge bonus! Sage and Abbie from Exercise.com have been nothing but helpful. Cons One area that could be improved is the online help and search functionality. While the support team is excellent, the self-service resources can be a bit limited. Expanding the help section and making it easier to search for articles or troubleshooting steps would make it much quicker to find answers on the fly without needing to reach out directly. There is nothing that I did not like about Exercise.com. N/A. The price can be a shock at first but once you dive in you realize it is worth every penny and then some. Having to pay for 6-12 months up front but it helps monthly cash flow.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros I loved how easy it was to transition from Mindbody to WellnessLiving. However I loved even more how easy it was for my clients to shift as well. Great software. Even Better customer service that are eager to help use the software to its potential. Lots of cool options for marketing . I like having the accessibility to the customer service team throughout the business day. They are attentive and thorough. It's very easy to use, white label app, rewards program, extremely helpful support. I also love that they value my business. I no longer need to pay for more software like Perkville, constant contact, Loyal Snap and I save money every month in credit card processing fees, I can’t believe I did not find this company earlier. I’ve been using them for about six months and over that time I have had two instructors leave me, the new instructors I hired picked up on the software within a week, where previously with mind-body it would take over six weeks for them to get the hang of it, but they would still keep on calling me every day and sometimes at night when they had questions because the MINDBODY support never answered. WellnessLiving is so intuitive and easy to use, that I did not even need to use their support, and my new instructors do not even call me they figure things out all on their own because it’s just simple. I read the founders story before signing up on their blog, finally somebody from the industry built a software for the industry! Cons Zero. Literally nothing is wrong or missing for me. I would like a few more crossover functions on the elevate app. I would have like the on-boarding sessions to be longer. It can sometimes be a challenge to get support on the phone, but when they do reply they always resolve my issue. They have updates every month or so, and they are constantly rolling out new features based on customers requests, unfortunately I don’t have the time to learn all these new features and how they work, but when I do find time these guys are almost always right on with what helps my business.
