Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros One of the biggest upsides has been working with Abbie. She is incredibly responsive to my emails, always follows up quickly, and consistently provides clear solutions whenever problems come up. Having that level of support has made the entire experience smoother and more efficient. I went from a nightmare of a billing company to Exercise.com. The difference has been life changing as a business owner. The upgrades and features are awesome! But, more importantly, the staff has been top notch. They have worked very closely with me every single step of the way throughout the migration process. They quickly answer any questions that I have and provide me with helpful tips to optimize the platform use. I can't say enough good things about this crew! A special shout out to Abbie and Sage for all your hard work. Thank you so much!!! Sage is the BEST! The BEST customer support. Tons of features that you can not find anywhere else. White Labelling is a huge bonus! Sage and Abbie from Exercise.com have been nothing but helpful. Cons One area that could be improved is the online help and search functionality. While the support team is excellent, the self-service resources can be a bit limited. Expanding the help section and making it easier to search for articles or troubleshooting steps would make it much quicker to find answers on the fly without needing to reach out directly. There is nothing that I did not like about Exercise.com. N/A. The price can be a shock at first but once you dive in you realize it is worth every penny and then some. Having to pay for 6-12 months up front but it helps monthly cash flow.		Pros from Real Users Pros Customer Service is extremely helpful ALL the time for me. Larry is also top notch at answering after hours and adapting to all of my request. If their system doesn't have something you need, their team will certainly try to build it on the backend or help you adjust to make it work. I have worked with several gym software providers and have not found anyone as good. Their... Texting / auto bill / 24hr door operation / price / etc. . . . Simply can not be beat. ShapeNet is a highly customizable software than can manage just about every component of your gym. You can integrate it with a variety of other systems such as a POS, door systems, etc. It's your one stop shop for running a gym. There was a steep learning curve, but that is to be expected as there are many specific fields and nuances that must be touched on when running a business. However, after just a couple months I more or less became a master! Additionally, some of the best customer service I have ever received. If I have an issue, they fix it. Shout out to Cathy and Veronica! We've been using ShapeNet software for our fitness business operations for the past seventeen years. Since we started, it's been the cornerstone of our operations and has significantly improved our efficiency and overall client management. We use ShapeNet to manage client interactions (SMS, email, etc), scheduling, and billing processes. It allows us to schedule appointments, track trainer productivity and run robust reports. This in turn has helped us improve our personal training staff's productivity and customer retention rates. The customer support team at ShapeNet is outstanding. They are responsive, knowledgeable, and always ready to assist with any queries or technical issues we encounter. We would highly recommend ShapeNet to any fitness club looking to streamline their operations. Easy to implement and efficient. With our business growing over the past 9 years we needed to find a software that allowed us to cater to all our business needs. We don't use Shapenet for any billing so they worked with us by customizing the system to work in a way we need it to. Easy to learn. Staff is super responsive. Improvements made every year. Reporting is excellent. Automatic functions have saved me time.
