Exantur is coaching practice management software built specifically for professional coaches, solo coaching practices, and coaching organizations.
The platform replaces scattered spreadsheets, documents, email threads, chat tools, and disconnected client records with one organized workspace. Coaches can manage clients, structure coaching programs, document sessions, keep private notes, track goals, assign accountability commitments, send check-ins, administer assessments, share documents, and review progress throughout the full coaching engagement.
Every coachee can receive access to a dedicated client portal. From the portal, coachees can view their active programs and goals, complete check-ins and assessments, update accountability items, and access documents or assignments shared by their coach. This keeps clients actively involved between scheduled sessions and makes their progress more visible.
