Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Didn't find anything in Everflow that isn't in other tracking software, however it seems to do the basics. Everflow is super easy to navigate between offer setup, maintenance, and reporting. The design is very sleek and so far they have been very responsive and always are willing to help with issues. Love Chris and the team at EverFlow. Great support and product. Works well and is very consumer friendly. - Great support team - Very innovative features - No wait time - Amazing targeting capabilities - Great bulk edit functions Feature-rich, API integrations, ease of use, reporting/analytics capabilities, fraud protection, support, UI, consistent feature add-ons, innovation. Cons UI is not particularly intuitive and needs work. Commercial and business development seem to be lacking business acumen. Not really any cons with Everflow - they're always to quick to resolve any problems. None! It has been a pleasure to work with this product. I was new to the system and am a pro now - I do not think of any! Everflow listens to their customers well and delivers the requests. Everflow has addressed most of the lack of features that I would have put here as cons.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's very easy to use such overall. No complications or obstacles while creating referral campaigns for my business. The software is really easy to use and I can have multiple campaigns which allows me to build customized referral programs for different clients without needing a developer to help me. Referral Factory allows us to run multiple referral programs all at the same time. The tracking dashboard gives us a clear view of each of all our different referral programs and which one is working better. We were also able to integrate our referral program with our Salesforce CRM making it that much easier to chase referral leads and close new sales fasters. I really liked the demo call as the consultant, Jess, was helpful in showing me the ins and outs of referral marketing. Since I’m not a marketer, this was very useful. As a marketer I liked that you could build a 100% working referral program without any coding. A lot of the other tools you have to install scripts etc. Oh and also the branding options are good too - everything can be customised. Cons No cons. It has east to use interface which allows you to be flexible with your campaign customization. I have been using the software for a few months now and haven't had any issues with it so far. Only that you can’t enable sharing direct to Instagram. I haven’t had any major problems so far but it would be great if there were more resources available on how to run referral marketing in the field of education. It’s all been a steep learning curve but I’m glad it’s working! So far nothing - we have been using the basic plan for last 6 months.
