Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The ability to print badges using the checkin App. The option to have a linked event website. At our events, we use the CheckIn App to print badges in real time. This approach means we no longer need to pre-print badges, which aligns with our commitment to being eco-friendly. In the past, printing badges ahead of time led to bottlenecks during event registration. Now, the app also provides us with a dedicated website for each event, saving us the effort of creating a separate subdomain on our own site. Eventleaf enabled my to create fully customized registration forms, with a mix of mandatory and optional text fields, radio buttons and check boxes. The registration process worked seamlessly, with confirmation emails and the ability to update and cancel registrations if required. The check-in app worked perfectly while scanning QR codes enabling us to track attendance at multiple sessions within our event. I liked how the reports were easy to download and share with my team. When promoting Eventleaf as a viable substitute for our previous system this feature helped to persuade the board to approve the transition. Easy to use Good range of features Responsive customer service I use to track RSVPs by sending out emails and then putting it into a spreadsheet, Eventleaf has saved me so many hours of responding to emails and data entry. Also the reminder process again has saved me so many hours of chasing people up! I also loved the survey option, we have needed a way to get back feedback about our events and this feature was great! I have also had positive feedback from our invitees, saying how easy and efficient it was to use. Also, the features of being able to have different categories of invitees and sub categories within that allows me to collect all the necessary information. The event page itself looks very professional. Cons Just the lack of options for printers if using mobile app from phone. Lack of moderated Q & A presentation options. Q & A is great but projected to screen doesn't allow us to show only questions we want to in the way we want to. Lack of check-in app at the starter and basic package levels Customer support resources (FAQs, articles) were helpful, though I’d appreciate more design flexibility when customizing event branding. During our conference we offer different levels for sponsorship and more features would help to attract more vendors. Missing some very minor elements (eg Mr/Ms/Dr etc field for speakers) and speaker ordering system is clunky), but that's a very small point! When I signed up I was interested in all the features, especially the QR Code sign in. We need all our attendees to sign in and this can be a tedious process when they write their name and sign a piece of paper, and unfortunately this wasn't part of the basic plan. I needed proof this platform was efficient before asking my Board to pay for a subscription.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros - vFairs creates a virtual environment seamlessly. - The event becomes engaging and fun to interact. - The platform is user-friendly and can be set up and use easily. It was an absolute joy to work with Vish, Arora and team for our second SOFE conference! They work seamlessly as a team to provide top notch service and are always willing to take on more. vFairs is a complete one stop virtual shop! Not only does the Sales Team, Development Team, the Trainers go the extra mile, but the Project Managers will take your event(s) and turn them into more than you could ever imagine. The customer service Vfairs provides is like no other platform I've produced events for. They make everything easy for you, though "live" or pre-recorded tutorials, and regularly scheduled update meetings to make sure your project is moving consistently with your timeline. Working with the VFairs team was wonderful. Very communicative, quick and professional. Their team is outstanding to work with. Cons - The backend is somewhat challenging to operate in vFairs. Aside from this, the platform is amazing to use. None - we had nothing major affect the outcome of our conference. Everything that needed updating or correcting was done expeditiously. My personal preference is to pick-up the phone to reach tech support for assistance, but all I have to do is send an email and I receive a response IMMEDIATELY. Attendees often complain about having to sign in with their email address every time they enter a session. We had no cons, even the difference in time zones. Their team was still very responsive during appropriate working hours.
