Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros Eventleaf staff are immediately responsive. They do not mind hand-holding and are patient and gracious with us. We are primarily a volunteer organization which holds a conference 1200 attendees, as well as smaller events during the year. We are not particularly tech savvy, and Eventleaf staff have made the process less painful. We especially like that multiple enrollees can use the same email address and still get individualized programs. Other platforms that we tried do not offer that option. Website creation was easy, and users liked the simplicity of registration. Covers the full event lifecycle in one system: registration, payments, badge printing, check-in, attendee mobile app, and post-event export. Cloning last year's event makes setup for a new one take an afternoon. Check-in tracking is accurate, which we rely on for continuing education attendance records. Has scaled from a 40-person workshop to a 140-plus person conference with no change in how we operate it. Simple enough that volunteers can run the check-in station with minimal training. Nonprofit pricing available, and support was willing to work with us on plan structure. We've used Eventleaf for 3 years now for several of our larger events (300+ people events), and it has never failed us. The features Eventleaf offers are amazing, and we take advantage of all of them, and it's our lives so much easier! The sign-in feature, the apps (attendee vs. exhibitors), the games and prizes, the classes, etc., were all well thought out and have made our side a lot easier to make our event more available to our attendees. We always get great feedback from everyone who attends! Easy registration management, strong value for non-profits, easy to navigate site and configure to your desired look The ability to print badges using the checkin App. The option to have a linked event website. At our events, we use the CheckIn App to print badges in real time. This approach means we no longer need to pre-print badges, which aligns with our commitment to being eco-friendly. In the past, printing badges ahead of time led to bottlenecks during event registration. Now, the app also provides us with a dedicated website for each event, saving us the effort of creating a separate subdomain on our own site. Cons When sending out emails, you can only do a limited number at a time. It would be helpful if you could push a button and all users got the email simultaneously. The reporting views are functional but basic; I end up exporting to a spreadsheet for anything beyond head counts and revenue totals. Feature gating by plan tier means the email tools weren't included at our original level. It's not as customizable as we would like but the options aren't bad either! App experience could be improved, but we will utilize this more for future events to learn more Just the lack of options for printers if using mobile app from phone. Lack of moderated Q & A presentation options. Q & A is great but projected to screen doesn't allow us to show only questions we want to in the way we want to.
