Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The guys at Event Boss are great. Any issues would be sorted in a matter of hours. They helped me lots throughout my transition from another software. Nothing was too much for the guys there. Very easy to use and great features. A great way to keep track of live enquires and confirmed events. Event Boss is a really simple and straightforward system to use. Initially, I was very apprehensive about using it, but now I can't work without it. Does everything it expected it to do and does it, what we could not do was added to the system for us free of cost. The support they provide is fantastic. Event Boss is a lifesaver. We used 5 different systems to complete a single event, we spent hours creating a proposal for an event. We can now create an event, a proposal, a contract, and an invoice within seconds saving so much time and effort. Cons I think the interphase could use a little work, aesthetically speaking. Also little/no integration with other software. A booking system for phone calls and meetings would be ideal The program was a little slow but the updated version is much better. Can't think of anything, except they could have added a feature that makes me a cup of coffee. To date, we can't find any fault. In the past 3 years I have only come across 2 issues both of which were resolved while I was on the phone to event boss.	Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros It's efficient and easy to navigate, has some pretty cool features. Not the biggest fan of vibe coding but still enjoyed it nevertheless I’ve been testing out HeyBoss AI over the past week. The idea is simple but kind of bold: instead of dragging elements around like you would with Wix or Squarespace, you describe what you want in plain text and an AI “team” sets it up for you. That includes the website itself, hosting, SEO baked in, payments, and even some lightweight analytics. What stood out for me was speed. I described a service business site and had something usable in under 20 minutes. It wasn’t flashy, but it worked and was already SEO-friendly. Compared to the hours I’ve lost fiddling with DIY builders, that was refreshing. The positioning is interesting too. They don’t pitch themselves as another DIY tool. It’s more of a “done-for-you, but powered by AI” approach. If you’re the kind of person who wants it done rather than learning how to do it, this fits. Cons Can take some time sometimes but gets work done either way There are limits, of course. If you want total control over every line of code or a custom stack, this isn’t it. It feels closer to “good enough to launch and test” rather than “pixel-perfect for enterprise.” But for small businesses or side projects, I see the appeal—especially for people who don’t want to spend weekends learning how to wire up hosting or payments.
