Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The app is in english. You can view pdf files, save them, and open them again. With some difficulty, You can insert or remove pages. Since I bought it I can't use it at all. Nothing is possible with this website. Even the EasePDF Flip application doesn't work. I always get the notification "network error" when I want to connect. Paid for 1 year subscription for basic plan. Worked for first 5 months. I use it mainly for unlocking PDF attachments for archiving. Desktop version of Dashboard very clean. They want me to use at least 100 characters here, but since the premium version never worked for me, and the trial version had limited features, I really can't say anything else good about it. Cons Extremely limited document editing tools. Unless you want to insert random words in a pdf in random locations at a random orientation to the existing text, this pdf editor will not help you. Since I bought it I can't use it at all. Nothing is possible with this website. Even the EasePDF Flip application doesn't work. I always get the notification "network error" when I want to connect. Unlock PDF stopped working from December 2022. Reported to support team with full description and the relevant document. They kept asking for the error message. Responded. Then went cold. Sent them another reminder a week ago. No response from support team. mail not answered. Problem still not resolved after 4 months. Please boycott. Trial lacks most features. I subscribed in order to try Merge, and it did not work on-line, just kept grinding, & desktop download kept telling me I was using the free version & needed to subscribe. The web site is horrible. When I tried to set up an account (which they spelled accont) it repeatedly said I had to accept privacy terms, but gave no link or way to do so. I immediately cancelled. I paid thru PayPal so should be able to get my money back. Pros from Real Users Pros I thought the price of 0.99€ to edit a PDF was reasonable as an urgent job which I needed in a rush. I've been using it quite a bit these past few days, it's very fast and practical, I highly recommend it, not to mention that the website is very comprehensive! easy to use and quick, best pdf signing tool I've ever used. came across this through an ad I saw on google Pdf guru is an amazing app and it is very user friendly anyone can edit there pdf and make one it gives you so many options such as text, font type ,zoom in and many more it make my work done very quick and easily and I am a very happy user N/A I appreciate the overall user experience, professional presentation, and the effort invested in making the product accessible and convenient. The platform offers a useful approach, and I found the experience generally positive. Its features and practical functionality can be valuable for users seeking an efficient and reliable solution. The overall design and accessibility contribute to a satisfactory experience. N/A Very little to mention here. The PDF conversion itself worked and the website was relatively straightforward to use for the specific task I needed. Customer support was also polite and responded to my emails, which I appreciate. However, beyond that, I didn’t find much that stood out positively about the overall experience. The initial service seemed convenient for a simple PDF conversion, but the unexpected subscription charge and subsequent refusal to provide a refund significantly outweighed any positives. Given the cost involved, I would personally expect a much clearer purchasing process and greater transparency around trial-to-subscription terms. I don't know anything about the product. I was trying to open one file one day and I stumbled across this product that said it would open it for 99 cents. I had no idea that I was signing up for anything and it certainly was not clear that they would charge me $50 a month for something I'm really not even sure if I ever downloaded or used. Unfortunately it took me 3 payments to realize they were taking the money and they are not a decent enough company to do the right thing. Scammers!!!! I will make sure you will pay for what you did. You just wasted my time emailing you with my refund. You never refunded it to me!!!!
