Pros & Cons from Real Users Pros The app is in english. You can view pdf files, save them, and open them again. With some difficulty, You can insert or remove pages. Since I bought it I can't use it at all. Nothing is possible with this website. Even the EasePDF Flip application doesn't work. I always get the notification "network error" when I want to connect. Paid for 1 year subscription for basic plan. Worked for first 5 months. I use it mainly for unlocking PDF attachments for archiving. Desktop version of Dashboard very clean. They want me to use at least 100 characters here, but since the premium version never worked for me, and the trial version had limited features, I really can't say anything else good about it. Cons Extremely limited document editing tools. Unless you want to insert random words in a pdf in random locations at a random orientation to the existing text, this pdf editor will not help you. Since I bought it I can't use it at all. Nothing is possible with this website. Even the EasePDF Flip application doesn't work. I always get the notification "network error" when I want to connect. Unlock PDF stopped working from December 2022. Reported to support team with full description and the relevant document. They kept asking for the error message. Responded. Then went cold. Sent them another reminder a week ago. No response from support team. mail not answered. Problem still not resolved after 4 months. Please boycott. Trial lacks most features. I subscribed in order to try Merge, and it did not work on-line, just kept grinding, & desktop download kept telling me I was using the free version & needed to subscribe. The web site is horrible. When I tried to set up an account (which they spelled accont) it repeatedly said I had to accept privacy terms, but gave no link or way to do so. I immediately cancelled. I paid thru PayPal so should be able to get my money back.		Pros from Real Users Pros No pros poor service unclear recurring charge refund denied very disappointing experience not worth it at all forever. I used it for a one time test and it was ok. I wanted to compress two videos but the final product lost quality. There are no pros ! Just stay away from this website as this is subscription trap and obviously this is a SCAM. N/A Nothing just for them to steal money and tell you that they can't refund you even though you dont need theire service Nothing extraordinary. You can find similar features on other apps which will not scam your money. This app is more like an enticement and entrapment to make you pay unwillingly. Professional appearance of document but took a lot of tries to have it downloaded professionally and then I had to print & scan it to be able to email it. Nothing N/A No one is just a scam. Be careful, I only used their services once and paid one euro, but after a few weeks they charged me 49.99 euros. I never used the trial; in fact, I paid one euro for the one use I made. They refuse to refund the money, even via PayPal. They admitted the situation by email, but they won't refund the money. Scam.
